Open science
Everything we make is public. All data we produce, code we write, and results we generate.
Most research is shared only once it is finished and polished. We try to work the other way round: with the workshop doors open. We try to publish ideas, half-working code and preliminary results as we go. It makes for a messier record, but it also means anyone can follow, reuse, and point out mistakes while there is still time to fix it.
How we work
Where the work lives
All code and processing scripts are on our GitHub repository. We publish our methods, meeting notes and unfinished thinking into this Dendron notebook. Expect a lot of strange ideas and half-working code.
Public datasets
While we are working on the new data portal, we deposit all mass spectrometry data in the public GNPS/MassIVE repository.
