Federico Ivan Brigante is a postdoctoral fellow in the Pluskal Group at IOCB Prague. His research focuses on plant-specialized metabolomics and the biosynthesis of diterpenoid alkaloids, combining mass spectrometry, reference genomes, metabolomics, and de novo transcriptomics to identify genes involved in alkaloid structural diversity.
